Hi! My name is Julia Solecki. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I fell in love with movement through dance and I love helping others continue to move their bodies in the ways they enjoy for longer! I am also a lover of running, weight lifting, and pilates. Outside of fitness I am an actor, singer, and dancer. I am a graduate of The Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music where I graduated with a BFA in musical theatre. You can catch me performing professionally around CT and MA with local theatre companies or with the Hartford based choir PRIDE 247-365! I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals whether it is injury prevention/recovery, general wellness, sports specific or anything in between!
